Stock Ownership Program (SOP) Promotions
We are excited to announce this year’s promotions into our firm’s Stock Ownership Program! In 2024, we promoted 16 new leaders into the program. Collectively, they have over 200 years of experience, and all of them have distinguished themselves since joining the firm.
The purpose of the SOP is to recognize those professionals who are exceptional performers, who add significant value to the firm in numerous areas, and who go “above and beyond” in advancing the firm’s goals and objectives. These individuals have demonstrated their commitment to quality service, a high level of expertise, and dedication to creating a positive work environment.
Alex Bouthillette
Alex is a Project Manager in the Transportation Business Line, a licensed PE in both Massachusetts and Connecticut, and plays a key role in the planning, design, and construction phases of roadway and utility improvement projects. His strong technical expertise, combined with his extensive engineering experience, enables Alex to consistently deliver high-quality projects.
Colleen Brothers Lawson
Colleen is a Senior Environmental Scientist in the Environment Business Line. She serves as a Team Leader for the Site Assessment and Remediation group in Westwood, and specializes in Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) regulatory compliance, site assessment and remediation, materials management, compliance monitoring and construction dewatering permitting.
Josh Clairmont
Josh is a Senior Electrical Engineer in the Building Services Business Line. Josh is a Team Leader, Electrical Community of Practice Leader, and registered PE in numerous states. Josh is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and previously served on the IEEE Berkshire Section Executive Committee, as well as our Safety Committee.
Prashanth Emmanuel
Emmanuel is a Senior Project Manager in the Water Business Line. Emmanuel is a Team Leader for the Water Business Line, and is an active member of the New England Water Environment Association (NEWEA) Biosolids Committee and the Connecticut Water Environment Association Operations Challenge Committee. He takes any opportunity he has to further client relationships and introduce his peers to Tighe & Bond.
Charlene Ketcham
Charlene is the Transportation Business Line Operations Manager. She serves as a liaison between Business Line staff and all corporate departments, improving the efficiency of day-to-day operations. Charlene is also the Location Manager of the Woburn office and has overseen the soon-to-be completed expansion of that space.
Kayla Larson
Kayla is a Project Manager for the Water Business Line. Kayla has leveraged her strong technical background in horizontal construction and eye for constructability on the design teams for many combined sewer overflow (CSO) abatement, water main, and pump station design projects. Kayla has been a regular fixture at Tighe & Bond’s Annual Construction Observers Meeting, is a Team Leader, and is one of our Procore champions.
Greg Lucas
Greg is a Senior Project Manager in the Transportation Business Line with extensive experience in design of traffic signal systems, including application of advanced technologies such as adaptive signal control, traffic responsive timing plans, and peer-to-peer communication which has made him a go-to for both municipal and agency clients in New England.
Jo Martin
Jo is our Talent Acquisition Manager. She has her Juris Doctor degree and began her career practicing law, but quickly transitioned to recruiting. In Jo’s time with Tighe & Bond, she established a best-in-class Talent Acquisition function and has contributed directly to the firm’s organic growth. Jo has also helped advance our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives by working closely with the various DEI Committee Chairs over the years and serving on the Antiracism Subcommittee.
Lesley Milligan
Lesley is a Senior Engineer in the Water Business Line. She is a recognized technical expert who strengthens our capabilities relative to modeling and master planning. While on the technical track, Lesley is also an experienced Project Manager. She regularly presents to clients at industry conferences, and at internal technical learning meetings. Lesley is also active in the New England Water Works Association (NEWWA) Distribution and Storage Committee.
Brian Nereson
Brian is a Principal Engineer in the Water Business Line. A geotechnical engineer, Brian is a registered PE in all six New England states. Brian jumped in and made an impact immediately when he started with the firm last year, quickly becoming a technical leader in our geotechnical practice. Brian has supported numerous competitive business development pursuits for both public and private sector clients.
Madison Pixley
Madi is a Project Manager in the Building Services Business Line with a master’s degree in engineering management, and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Madi actively serves as a Client Service Manager to a diverse set of clients including architects, institutions, and private sector businesses. Madi is co-chair of our firm’s supporting women’s employee resource group, an active participant in the Connecticut chapter of Professional Women in Construction (PWC) organization, and chair of her town’s Planning Board.
Keith Prata
Keith recently joined our firm as a Vice President and Technical Director in the Building Services Business Line. Keith is a licensed Professional Engineer, LEED Accredited Professional and has over 25 years of experience in MEP/FP related projects in the institutional, industrial, and real estate sectors. Keith is an active member of the Boston chapter of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and NAIOP (National Association for Industrial and Office Parks) Massachusetts.
Jennifer Reynolds
Jennifer is a Project Manager in the Water Business Line. She manages several multi-disciplinary drinking water system projects for municipalities and water utilities, as well as some of this year’s service line inventory projects. Jennifer is the co-chair of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Water Works Association (CT AWWA) Education and Program Committee, and was awarded CT AWWA’s Rising Young Professional Award in 2024.
Paul Smith, Jr.
Paul is a Senior Project Manager in the Water Business Line. Paul is a Rhode Island PE and serves as a Resource Manager for the Water Business Line. He is an outstanding team player who has demonstrated his strength in project management and client service on a number of significant and challenging projects since joining Tighe & Bond. He has also made significant contributions to the firm’s Quality Management program.
Doug Stellato
Doug is a Project Manager in the Environment Business Line. He is a registered PE in Massachusetts and New York and is also a Toxics Use Reduction Planner (TURP) and a Grade 5-C Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator. Doug specializes in regulatory compliance, reporting and inventories, chemical control laws, spill prevention plans and wastewater treatment. Externally, Doug serves as the City of Chicopee’s Local Emergency Planning Commission Chairman.
Mike Trovato
Mike is a Project Manager in the Environment Business Line. Mike is a registered PE in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and serves as Team Leader for the Site Assessment and Remediation group. Mike has helped to improve and deliver mentoring and training programs under Tighe & Bond University and the Peer Mentor Group and has been instrumental in developing and updating site assessment Standard Operating Procedures. Mike is also active in the community by participating in clean up events and the Worcester Boys and Girls Club STEM program.
