Safety is a core value for our firm, and we are consistently looking to improve our health and safety processes to proactively identify and eliminate risks. That continuous improvement is driven by the efforts of our Safety & Health team, which includes our firm’s Safety Representatives.

Our team of ten representatives serve as technical resources to support the Safety & Health program across the firm. Each representative assists our project teams by sitting in on Team Leader meetings and providing in-person support to address any immediate safety concerns or questions.

Meet some of our Safety Representatives:

Jens Meinig is a Senior MEP Professional specializing in HVAC and plumbing design. Jens supports safety awareness training with stories from past experiences.

With over 15 years of experience in environmental projects including regulatory compliance and hazardous waste management, Bryan Gammons, a Senior Environmental Scientist and Project Manager, stresses the importance of safety in project management.

Carina Scher, a Staff Engineer, is currently a full-time construction observer for the replacement of storm drainage throughout Trumbull, CT. In the winter, Carina transitions into a design role where she works on a variety of drainage and septic systems.

By providing our employees with educational resources and initiatives, we hope to identify safety concerns, eliminate unnecessary risks, and create a safe and healthier lifestyle at home and work for all our team members.
