New Facility for Nonprofit Leader
Tighe & Bond provided site/civil, traffic, parking, environmental and surveying services for a new $15 million, 40,000 square foot Community Health Center located at the north end of Main Street in Middletown, Connecticut. Tighe & Bond worked with the project architect and land use attorney to obtain City land use approvals within a month from submitting the site plan approval application.
