Shelby Marokhovsky is a project manager with over 10 years of experience in remediation and assessment projects throughout New England and the Northeast. Shelby works on a variety of projects, including brownfields, site assessment and remediation, underground storage tank removals, construction observation, environmental and geotechnical drilling, regulatory compliance for industrial facilities, and emergency response for the two largest utilities in Massachusetts.
Shelby also serves as Team Leader for a team of site assessment and remediation staff across eastern New England, as well as serving as Location Manager for Tighe & Bond’s Rhode Island offices. She specializes in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, primarily to support clients prior to acquisition of a property, as well as soil management in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Life Outside of Work
Outside of work, Shelby enjoys traveling with her husband to new cities and countries and experimenting with new cupcake flavors. Shelby is looking forward to growing her family in 2025, with the arrival of their first child. Shelby currently serves on the Environmental Business Council (EBC) of New England Rhode Island Chapter Leadership Team and previously served as a co-chair for the Licensed Site Professional Association (LSPA) Emerging Professionals Committee (EPC). She remains actively involved with the LSPA, as well as the Rhode Island Society of Environmental Professionals (RISEP).
