Sam Swartwout has almost two decades of experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). He specializes in data development and analysis, sewer, stormwater, and water utility conversion projects, ArcGIS Online mobile GIS application configuration and support, and maintaining Tighe & Bond’s ArcGIS Server hosted solutions data.
Life Outside of Work
Sam enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and working on home improvement projects. His hobbies include traveling, swimming, and kayaking.
