Patrick Crimmins is a Vice President and Senior Project Manager in the firm’s Land Use business line. Patrick serves as Resource Manager for Tighe & Bond’s site/civil and waterfront engineering practices, and is the Location Manager of Tighe & Bond’s Portsmouth, NH office. Patrick is a licensed site/civil engineer with over two decades of experience in management, design, permitting and construction of numerous successful projects throughout New England. Patrick’s experience crosses over many of the different markets that Tighe & Bond services such as real estate, industry, healthcare, government, and education. Patrick has become a trusted resource for his clients given his ability to implement sustainable design solutions, navigate complex permitting processes, and effectively communicate with project stakeholders.
One area that Patrick practices is in large-scale real estate development projects. Patrick can effectively manage all of our firm’s different services by applying Tighe & Bond’s whole asset approach to create integrated design solutions for these complex projects.
Life Outside of Work
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Patrick lives in Portsmouth with his wife and two children and his hobbies include skiing, golfing, running, and weight training.
