Joseph (Jay) Viamari is a LEED AP and the Land Use Business Line Leader with three decades of engineering experience. He specializes in the design, permitting, and construction phases of civil/site development, solid waste, and building projects. He has been involved in the design and permitting of numerous commercial and residential developments, solid waste landfill expansions and closures, stormwater management systems, sanitary sewer systems, water distribution systems, roadways, and building renovation projects.
Jay serves numerous public and private clients and is the project director for our Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) Accelerated Repair contract. He previously served as President on the Board of Directors for the Southern New England Chapter of the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA).
Life Outside of Work
As a father of four sons, Jay is constantly on the go. Whether traveling or attending hockey games, there isn’t a lot of downtime around the Viamari household. Outside of work Jay enjoys spending time with his wife and family at sporting events, boating, fishing, hunting, and golfing.
