Jeremy Rapoza is a Senior Engineer in Tighe & Bond’s Building Services Business Line. Jeremy has over 25 years of experience as a mechanical engineer, and specializes in the design of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. He has worked on projects from the conceptual design phase through construction administration for a wide variety of client and project types, including universities and K-12 schools, municipal governments, police and fire stations, dormitories, and multi-family residential.
Jeremy has worked closely with owners and architects in design coordination efforts to evaluate and implement prospective energy conservation measures that are both cost-effective and sustainable. As a LEED Accredited Professional, he has provided HVAC design services for projects that have been awarded LEED Gold certification. Jeremy is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
Outside of Work
Outside work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family and playing basketball and soccer with diminishing skills as he ages. He also is involved in the youth sports community by serving on the local youth soccer board and coaching and refereeing youth soccer.
