Vice President Erin Moore is an environmental engineer and Senior Project Manager with experience in municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. Her experience covers a broad range of analysis and design including evaluation phase studies, design development, permit procurement, construction document preparation, and construction phase services. She has more than two decades of experience supporting Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) communities, with expertise in hydraulic modeling, and development of Long Term Control and Integrated Management Planning.
As the location manager for Tighe & Bond’s Rhinebeck office, Erin is actively engaged in expanding Tighe & Bond’s services throughout New York State. In the Hudson Valley, she has a focus on small communities, understanding the unique opportunities and challenges facing small water and sewer municipal infrastructure. In addition to these leadership roles, Erin is an advisory member of Tighe & Bond’s Board of Directors.

Life Outside of Work
Erin serves on the Board of Directors for the Capital District Chapter of the New York Water Environment Association. She is a member of the New York Water Works Association and the New England Water Environment Association where she enjoys connecting and collaborating with other industry professionals. She is also active in her community as the treasurer of both the Red Rock Volunteer Fire Company and Canaan Neighbors Helping Neighbors, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing pro-bono financial assistance to community members in need. When not checking off hikes to fire towers, she can be found enjoying time with her family, baking, and tackling ambitious backyard projects.
