As a Vice President at Tighe & Bond and Location Manager for the Portland, Maine office, Dan leads our efforts in Northern New England and serves as a Project Director and Client Service Manager. He actively works with our clients to find solutions to their most complex drinking water and water resource challenges.
Dan has over 25 years of experience in the management, planning, design, and construction of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects throughout New England. He provides technical leadership and project management on several challenging projects. He works closely with each client to establish a shared understanding of critical issues, enabling him to anticipate their needs, execute sustainable change, and innovative solutions custom-suited to each situation.
Dan is a well-known leader in the water and wastewater industry, mainly through his active presence in professional organizations, including the New England Water Environment Association, New England Water Works Association, Maine Water Environment Association, Maine Water Utilities Association, Water Environment Federation, and American Water Works Association.
Life Outside of Work
Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys skiing, biking, hiking, and fishing, and can often be found outside exploring the mountains, islands, history, culture, and beauty of Maine. Dan also spends his time volunteering for the New England Water Environment Association.
