Colin is a Project Manager specializing in wastewater and water projects. His experience includes design work, data analysis, report preparation, construction observation and administration, and implementation and data analysis of GPS technologies. Colin has provided valuable assistance to both public and private water utilities by offering design and construction engineering services for sewer separation initiatives. He has extensive involvement in construction observation and administration, and has contributed to numerous large-scale infrastructure projects, including sewer separation, water transmission, and roadway reconstruction with streetscaping.
He is trained for 3D data collection using the Trimble X7 scanner, and has created 3D point cloud scans of facilities including wastewater and water treatment plants, pump stations, municipal buildings, dams, bridges, and street intersections.

Outside of work Colin enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and gardening.
