Tighe & Bond, Inc., a northeastern leader in engineering, design, and environmental consulting announced today that Carolyn Lowe, PE has joined the firm as a Vice President. Working throughout New York and Connecticut, Lowe has honed her expertise in environmental engineering for nearly 30 years. She has focused on planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction services for drinking water, wastewater, building, and other asset management and improvement projects.

Working from Tighe & Bond’s Shelton, Connecticut office, Lowe will collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to further develop project and quality management processes and training across all disciplines.

“Carolyn’s career as a professional engineer gives her in-depth knowledge of the client experience as they improve, build and maintain their assets. She will be able to work across the firm to implement processes that improve efficiency and quality results that our clients continue to expect and deserve. We are looking forward to her joining our team,” says Peter Grabowski, COO.

Over the last decade, Lowe has primarily spearheaded initiatives in the areas of business development for municipal and public clients, project delivery, process improvement, and office management. She also has significant past participation in corporate activities related to professional development training, recruiting, and brand recognition.
