Sweeping changes are proposed for Carl Barron Plaza at the heart of Central Square, including new bus stops, bike lanes, a renovated plaza and sculptural elements.
Halvorson | Tighe & Bond Studio is collaborating with the Cambridge Community Development Department and HDR, Inc. on the reconstruction of River Street, which also includes the redesign of Carl Barron Plaza and Norman M. Tubman Plaza.
