Speakers
Heather Doolittle, PE – Project Engineer: Heather specializes in water system planning and engineering projects. Her project work focuses on using water distribution models to support master and capital improvement planning, inform emergency operating strategy, and address unique hydraulic and water quality challenges throughout the Northeast.
Lesley Milligan, PE – Senior Engineer: Lesley specializes in water resources and has extensive experience in hydraulic and water quality modeling of water distribution systems. She also helps clients with water supply planning, drinking water master plans, and water infrastructure design.
Peter Valinski, PE – Vice President: Peter serves as principal and project manager on a variety of projects, with a primary focus on water and wastewater improvements. His expertise includes capital improvements planning, water and sewer rate evaluations, engineering studies, design, permitting, and cost estimating.
Joseph Popielarczyk, PE – Project Manager: Joe specializes in civil engineering projects such as water and wastewater. His experience includes chemical feed systems, drinking water and sanitary sewer pumping stations, and sanitary sewer and drinking water collection and distribution systems design.
Steven Sroka, PE – Senior Engineer: Steven has extensive experience in the inspection, analysis, design, and construction of a variety of dam projects. He manages the engineering design, permitting, and construction phase services for municipal and private clients on cost-effective dam improvements.
