We are happy to announce that the following Tighe & Bond employees have been promoted to the level of Vice President. The promotion acknowledges outstanding project and client management skills in addition to leadership and organizational impact. Learn more about our colleagues’ specialized expertise and the projects they have spearheaded.

Jeffrey Arps, LSP – Jeff is the Director of Remediation and Field Services in the Environment Business Line based out of Westfield, Massachusetts. Jeff has 28 years of experience in services such as groundwater recovery and treatment, soil vapor extraction and air sparging, in-situ biological and chemical oxidation treatments, and PFAS assessments. Jeff was recently appointed to the Massachusetts PFAS Interagency Task Force.

Patrick Crimmins, PE – Patrick is based in our Portsmouth, New Hampshire office and has more than 20 years of varied engineering experience in both site and civil design. He has an extensive background in permitting focused on mixed-use, residential, retail, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and municipal developments. Patrick has managed multiple, large-scale development projects in Portsmouth and throughout New England.

Keri Drake, CPSM – Keri is our Director of Marketing, based out of Worcester, Massachusetts. She is a member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the overall strategy and policy development of the firm. In her Director role, Keri oversees all areas of our marketing and communications functions, including proposal development, internal and external communications, and marketing data and systems.

April Lassard – April is our Director of Contract Management and has worked for Tighe & Bond for the past 31 years. April serves a critical role in the contracting process at Tighe & Bond as she heads up our contracts review and negotiation team and develops contract training programs for our staff. April also serves as part of the acquisition and integration team as it relates to contracts when we acquire a new firm.

Fred Mueller, PE — With over 30 years of experience, Fred works from our office in Middletown, Connecticut, providing technical direction on a wide variety of highly complex wastewater projects. Fred is one of Tighe & Bond’s most prolific external presenters having spoken at conferences throughout New England and New York. Fred is active in the Water Environment Federation and earned a CT Class II Wastewater Operator’s license.
