The Boston Business Journal (BBJ) again ranked Tighe & Bond one of the largest Massachusetts engineering firms in its Largest Engineering Firms in Massachusetts list. Tighe & Bond secured the #13 spot based on 2018 engineering billings of $38 million for Massachusetts projects. In 2018, the firm increased its total staff in Massachusetts to 259 employees. In addition, 94 of the firm’s professional engineers are licensed in Massachusetts, giving Tighe & Bond the #5 ranking for licensed engineers in the Bay State for 2018.

Tighe & Bond saw strong growth last year with the expansion of its Eastern Massachusetts location in Westwood. The firm’s new 11,000-square foot office will support further business growth and can accommodate 58 employees. This year, the firm is continuing its strategic plan for geographical growth and to further reinforce its position as a Northeast regional leader in engineering and environmental services.
