We also work to build STEM education opportunities for all through our partnerships with community and national organizations. Part of this initiative is our work with a number of organizations, including the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), to provide academic scholarships for aspiring engineers.
Get Involved
Our internal Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee is charged with the execution of our strategic DEI Plan. Staff can get involved by joining the committee or subcommittee, attending an educational roundtable, or participating in one of our Employee Resource Groups in the areas of Supporting Women and LGBTQIA+.
