Tighe & Bond is located at 1 Cedar Street on the third floor, immediately outside the elevator. 1 Cedar Street is located in the Federal Hill neighborhood of Providence, conveniently near the interchanges of Interstate 95 with Route 146, Interstate 195, and the Route 6/10 Connector. Tighe & Bond has two labeled visitor parking spaces on the highway side of the building.
From Points North
Traveling south on either Interstate 95 or Route 146, just after the exits for Route 6 and the Providence Place Mall, take the Atwells Avenue [37A] exit. Stay to the right and take a right onto Atwells Avenue at the top of the ramp. After you pass under the Gateway Arch, turn right onto Bradford Street. Past Nick’s Auto Body, take your first right onto Cedar Street. The entrance into the parking lot where Tighe & Bond’s visitor parking is at the bottom of the hill, past the building on the right.
From Points East
Traveling west, stay to the right and merge with Interstate 95 North. Follow the “From Points South” directions from there.
From Points South
Traveling north on Interstate 95, stay to the right after the Interstate 195 split. Take the Broadway [37A] exit and stay to the left. Continue straight through the first light and then take a left onto Atwells Avenue at the second light. After you pass under the Gateway Arch, turn right onto Bradford Street. Past Nick’s Auto Body, take your first right onto Cedar Street. The entrance into the parking lot where Tighe & Bond’s visitor parking is at the bottom of the hill, past the building on the right.
From Points West
Traveling east on Route 6 or north on Route 10, stay to the left through the 6/10 merge. Take the Dean Street/Atwells Avenue exit and stay in the middle of the ramp. At the top of the exit, stay in the interior (right) of the two left turn lanes. Turn left onto Dean Street and then take your first right onto West Exchange Street. As you travel down West Exchange Street, turn right onto Fox Place, just before you go under the highway overpass. Take a left onto Cedar Street and into the visitor parking lot.
