Conferences & Tradeshows: March 2025
Our team has been active in the first few months of the year, with many of our staff serving as speakers, moderators, and presenters at conferences across the Northeast.

At the 2025 New England Water Environment Association (NEWEA) Annual Conference, Adam Yanulis, Prashanth Emmanuel, and Wayne Bates served as session moderators, while Chris Bone and Rachel Tenney co-presented with Bill Brower of Brown & Caldwell on the findings of Part 1 of our statewide study on biosolids management in Massachusetts.
Also at the NEWEA Annual Conference, Dan Roop and Cynthia Castellon presented with Jeff Neal of the Town of Ipswich on implementing low-cost energy savings solutions for Ipswich’s sewer and wastewater systems. Our work with the Town of Ipswich on the Ipswich River Sewer Stabilization Project also won the 2025 NEWEA Green Steps Award, celebrating innovation in wastewater and stormwater engineering.

At the New York Water Environment Association yearly conference, Erin Moore co-moderated three sessions, while Caroline Bishop spoke at a Young Professionals’ Session about “Leveraging Your LinkedIn Presence.” Caroline also spoke at the Maine Rural Water Association annual conference.
Our team also had a booth presence at several other conferences & tradeshows and were active in their professional organizations and associations.
A Look Ahead
- April 4: Several of our staff will present and/or moderate at the New England Water Works Association (NEWWA) Spring Conference.
- April 24: Our team will be at the Northeastern Fish & Wildlife Association (NEAFWA) Annual Conference, presenting on our environmental assessment of Mt. Washington’s summit area.
- May 24-25: Our team will be at the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) Transportation Innovation Conference.
- June 6: Keith Prata will present at “Anatomy of a Commercial Building”, a virtual panel held by NAIOP-Massachusetts.
